Shipping
Every U.S. order ships free by insured UPS or FedEx with adult signature required, within one business day of payment. Most deliveries arrive in two to four days. Orders over $5,000 ship FedEx Priority Overnight. We ship to all 50 states; international shipping is available on request through the concierge.
Returns
You have seven days from delivery to return a piece for a full refund if it is not as described, or for store credit for any other reason. Pieces must be returned in the condition received with all included items. Contact the concierge for a prepaid return label.
Payment
Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, Affirm financing, Zelle and bank wire. Sales tax is collected where required by law.
Local pickup
Birmingham-area buyers may collect by appointment and inspect the piece in person before completing payment.
